If you would like to book by phone, call Skate Galaxy at 225-756-2424 and book your Party On Wheels today. A $50 non refundable deposit is required. Full Balance Due 24 hours prior to Date and Time of Event.  Additional Hour: $1 Added per person, Per Additional Hour, minimum 100 people…not to exceed 4 hours.  After Hours Party (Any event past 10PM):  Add $200 per minimum. IMPORTANT PARTY INFORMATION

  • $50.00 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION
  • Parents can arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled party time.
  • No Food our Drink may be brought into the facility (except for your cake).
  • Your party will be provided a shared party helper working multiple parties in a waitress style.
  • Everyone ages 2 & up must sign in to your party or pay admission, unless they are a non-skating chaperoning adult
  • Providing us with an Approved Guest List is Highly Recommended
  • Birthday Child’s Parents Skate for FREE!
  • Bring your own cake, cake knife & candles or purchase all from Skate Galaxy
  • Providing Quality Parties by being efficient with our Time Management is important to us. Your scheduled party time in your party room must stay within the time allotted. A $50.00 Fee will be charged for 15 minutes past party time if still in the party room.  However, you are allowed to move to our food court area and continue to enjoy our facility until closing time.
  • Balloons are allowed inside the facility, please include a weight with your balloons.
  • Party Bags are allowed, however please do not include any gum, silly string, confetti or fireworks.
  • If someone does spray silly string or spread confetti in the room, your deposit is forfeited for an excessive cleanup fee.
  • If pizza is ordered day of party, please order within the first 10 minutes of the party to ensure pizza arrives with your package pizza.
  • Request for a particular room cannot be guaranteed; however, we do try to accommodate according to the amount of signed in guests with your party.
  • Your party balance payment is required at the end of the party by: Cash, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Please note our Sunday Hours of Operation when booking a party. Sunday:1pm-6pm.
